Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

If you shared details through our website, an order, WhatsApp or email

Email kedar@kedartalksmarketing.com with the subject "Delete my data", from the email or phone number you used with us. We will confirm receipt within 7 working days and delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example GST invoices). We will confirm by email once it is done.

If you see our ads and want us to stop using your contact details for them

Email kedar@kedartalksmarketing.com with the subject "Remove me from ads" and your phone number or email. We will remove you from the contact lists we use for Meta ads within 30 days. You can also control ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings (Accounts Centre > Ad preferences).

If you shared ad account access for the Diagnosis

You can remove our access yourself at any time from your Meta Business Settings (Partners) and Google Ads (Access and security). Email us if you want the data we downloaded for the Diagnosis deleted, and we will do it within 30 days.
