Refund and Cancellation Policy

The report (₹999)

The report is a digital download, so it cannot be returned once it is delivered. We refund it in full only if:

• you were charged twice for the same order (we refund the extra payment), or
• the file does not open and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your purchase.

The Ad-to-Sale Diagnosis

• Full refund if you cancel before Call 1.
• 50% refund if you cancel after Call 1 and before you share access.
• No refund once access is shared, because the work has started.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. For payments through Razorpay, the time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank. If a GST invoice was issued, we issue a credit note against it.
